Finished my hat yesterday! So I’m ready for winter.  (Though, if winter takes it’s time to get here, I won’t be sad.)

Started hat at base with Finnish 2+2 stitch. When I finished the top, I went back to the base and added a brim with the same stitch but the M1 connection (connecting the new row of stitches in the middle of the previous row, instead of at the top of the previous row). The brim is thicker and should be warmer and more wind proof to help protect my ears.
